Refund policy

 

At Samudai, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something is not right, we want to make it right. 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product was delivered damaged or defective

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is significantly different from what was described on our website

Returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items that have been used, opened (where unsealing is irreversible), or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items before approving a refund or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale

• Gift cards

4. Replacements

If your product is found to be defective or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement at no additional cost to you. Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead. 

5. Refunds

At Samudai, every product is thoughtfully made and carefully checked before it reaches you. Because of this, we currently do not offer returns or refunds on our products. We appreciate your understanding, and we're always here to help if something isn't right. 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we're happy to make it right. Simply reach out to us within 24–36 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us at hello@samudai.in with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will need to go through the return process upon delivery.
